Lympne Castle Wedding Venue
A beautiful Grade I building dating back to the 13th century
Lympne Castle Wedding Venue is absolutely steeped in history, and you can literally feel it even when you approach the surrounding area.
Lympne Castle has been providing hospitality to visiting nobles since the 13th century (I know – crazy!), and even has connections back to Roman times. The views from the terrace over the south coast are spectacular to behold.
It’s comprised of the West Wing and The Great Hall. The West Wing Drawing Room was added in Edwardian times when the famous architect Sir Robert Lorimer was commissioned to restore the castle, which was then near to ruin. The Great Hall has part panelled walls, wooden roof beams and gothic arched windows, and is ideal for a larger civil wedding ceremony seating up to 120 guests and a wedding breakfast for up to 100.
For a truly unique and historical wedding venue, Lympne Castle is an absolute must!
